We’ve all been through an absolutely crazy, awful time in the last year.

Your staff has gone from their normal working hours, in an office surrounded by colleagues, sharing cake on birthdays, and enjoying after-work team drinks to suddenly working from home, possibly dealing with children, homeschooling, pets, and partners all whilst being under one roof!

While they have all had to do that, they have continued doing their job, as best as they can given the situation, and you as a business may have pivoted and been creative in ways to keep running. It’s been a whirlwind of emotions for business owners and employees alike.
